1. Pet Policy:

Are any Pets Allowed?

We regret to inform you that Hotel Clariana does NOT allow pets of ANY kind.

2. Smoking Policy:

Is smoking allowed at Hotel Clariana?

Smoking of ANY kind is NOT permitted. Hotel Clariana is a 100% smoke free environment.

3. Parties/Loud Noise Policy:

Are parties allowed at Hotel Clariana?

Hotel Clariana has a strict NO party, NO loud noise policy. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If not followed, the guest must forfeit all fees and must vacate the Hotel immediately.

4. Reservations:

Do I need a Credit Card to make a Reservation?

All reservations made via online, phone, or in person MUST be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card.

5. Check-in/Check-out Times:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Guests are allowed to check-in early, when available.

6. Cash Payments:

Can I pay for my room with cash?

Guests are allowed to pay for their stay in cash, but MUST have a valid credit card on file, and arrive at check-in with a valid drivers license or passport.

7. Parking:

Does Hotel Clariana have parking available for guests?

Yes! Registered guests are permitted to use our on-site parking lot, for a fee. Guests checking in may also use one of our loading zones located in our on-site parking lot as well. Please refer to our locations page for directions to our on-site parking lot and Hotel!

8. Breakfast

Is there breakfast included with every reservation?

While we do not serve a full breakfast, we invite our guests to enjoy fresh gourmet coffee with light pastries every morning and afternoon tea time located in the guest lounge on our ground floor.
